Hand-made black squid ink pierogi with salmon

Sold frozen. Keep refrigerated. Boil in salted water until pierogi float to the top about 5 minutes. Remove from water. Add butter and serve with sour cream for a classic touch. Customize to taste - top with sautéed onions, crispy bacon, or fresh micro greens.
